Quick and Easy Non-Alcoholic Fall Beverages - Butterscotch Coffee, Spiced Cider, Honey-Citrus Punch

2 cups orange juice8 cups apple cider or juice
1 cup lemon juice1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 quart ginger ale3 3-inch cinnamon sticks
Ice cubes1/2 tsp ground allspicedash of salt
Sliced lemons, limes, oranges, and or strawberries,1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
optionalAdditional cinnamon sticks for garnish, optional
Combine the boiling water and honey. Stir to dissolveIn a large saucepan, combine the cider or juice, brown
honey. Chill mixture. In a large punch bowl, combine thesugar, 3 cinnamon sticks, allspice, salt, and nutmeg; bring
juices. Stir in the honey water. Just before serving addto a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20
the ginger ale and ice cubes. Float fruit slice garnishesminutes. Discard the cinnamon sticks. Use the additional
