Pineapple Poultry Glaze
(Great for left over turkey or chicken)

Ingredients

  1. 12 oz. jar of Island Traders Wild & Mild Pineapple Salsa

  2. sour cream

Directions

  1. 15 minutes prior to serving, pour two-thirds of the salsa over meat.

  2. Mix remaining salsa with sour cream (low-fat or non-fat, if you prefer).

  3. Serve as a condiment.
