Ingredients
Tricolor Fusilli or Rottelle
variety of fresh vegetables
one 16 oz. jar of Jose Goldstein Roasted Garlic and Olive Salsa

Directions
Bring 20 oz. of water to a rolling boil.
Add pasta noodles.
Cook pasta 10 minutes or until done
Add vegetables.
Add up to the entire jar of salsa.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
