Garlic & Olive Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  1. Tricolor Fusilli or Rottelle

  2. variety of fresh vegetables

  3. one 16 oz. jar of Jose Goldstein Roasted Garlic and Olive Salsa

Directions

  1. Bring 20 oz. of water to a rolling boil.

  2. Add pasta noodles.

  3. Cook pasta 10 minutes or until done

  4. Add vegetables.

  5. Add up to the entire jar of salsa.

  6. Refrigerate and serve cold.
