Ingredients
up to 6 butterfly pork chops
8 oz. wild rice
one can onion soup
12 oz. Island Traders Wild & Mild Raspberry Salsa

Directions
Brown pork chops.
Place in medium size baking dish with wild rice. Pour in onion soup.
Bake at 250° for 40 minutes.
Pour 6 oz. of salsa onto pork chops.
Bake 20 minutes. Place rice and pork chops on a serving dish. Pour 6 oz.
of salsa onto pork chops.
