Tangy Raspberry Pork Chops

Ingredients

  1. up to 6 butterfly pork chops

  2. 8 oz. wild rice

  3. one can onion soup

  4. 12 oz. Island Traders Wild & Mild Raspberry Salsa

Directions

  1. Brown pork chops.

  2. Place in medium size baking dish with wild rice. Pour in onion soup.

  3. Bake at 250° for 40 minutes.

  4. Pour 6 oz. of salsa onto pork chops.

  5. Bake 20 minutes. Place rice and pork chops on a serving dish. Pour 6 oz. of salsa onto pork chops.
